Summary | 0006822: Skelebots lost their weak spots
Description | Either my previously 100% effective headshots/legshots are no longer effective, or the skelebots lost their weak spots. The way I do it is that I use lightning ball and have it travel along the floor, which hits the skelebots in their legs, or have it travel along the ceiling, hitting them in the head. In neither case do they have any special effects (no slowing, no extra damage). I don't think this applies to minibosses though; I seem to recall slowing it down when I found one.

All is well, although you might not like it: ball lightning is larger than their weakspots, so can't be used to hit their weakspots. That was a change a few versions back, to prevent massive spells (or even oversized ones like this) from counting for things like headshots, etc. If you use fireball or something else small that you have to precision target, you'll find you can still hit them really well. |

Yeah, I remember that change. Didn't think lightning ball was large though :( Ah well. |
