Summary0006436: AI space planes and static defense
DescriptionBecause of the space plane's ability to fire at a range outside of its radar damping, it can be tough to mount a successful static defense against them. Mass sniper turrets just doesn't seem practical, and against a wave, still doesn't do enough.

However I don't see an obvious solution to this, since giving immunity to radar damping shouldn't be done lightly. I just think that a mk1 space plane shouldn't be able to win a 1v1 fight with a mk3 military command station (or other such silly matchups)

Yea, I think with VERY rare exception, nothing should be able to fire upon stuff that is outside its radar dampening range.
