Summary0006333: AI Spire Blade Spawners continue to produce Blades when stunned by EMP
DescriptionWhen a Spire Blade Spawner is struck by EMP, it is stunned and unable to move or shoot. However, it continues to produce Blades, which are not stunned (having been created after the EMP burst). Since neither the Blade Spawner nor the Blades are EMP immune, this seems to be an unintended behavior.

In the attached saved game, there is an EMP warhead in the Likrin system, along with a fleet preparing to assault the Cemaso system. Drop in the EMP warhead, then the fleet, and watch as "stunned" Blade Spawners produce new Blades to decimate the fleet.

I'm assuming that this change would effect blade spawners in general?
