Description | Rather than trying to generalise this is probably something to be judged on a spell by spell basis. But as an example my tier 2 launch meteor does 12,793 damage, that's pretty freaking strong as it is, but on a crit that is 25,586 damage, which is you know, killing bosses in 2 hits territory, at least in my tier 3 world it is. So rather than just nerfing launch meteor it seems a fair idea going forward that certain spells that do high damage, or have other benefits don't get to critical hit. | ||||

I dunno. I think that if you can actually hit the weakpoints on some of the enemies with launch meteor, then you probably deserve to hit them pretty hard. Hitting those weakpoints is pretty tough on most enemies. |

Don't enemies with weak spots have higher base HP in exchange? |

For 0.905: * Normal weakspots now only trigger if the entity (i.e. projectile) hitting them is no larger than the weakspot (in terms of rectangular area). ** "Aggressively" collided weakspots like the Giant-green-amoeba's counter-spawn ignore this rule, since they want to get hit. Thanks :) |
