Summary	0006279: Add quantifier to the Emit Light effect
Description	Right now, all enchantments that emits light has the same effect, Emit Light, no matter how strong the Emit Light part is. I think it would be helpful to know how much light is emitted, even if it's just "minor", "moderate" or "major".
