| Description | As I say. It would create a spreading burst of hailstones/lightning shocks/other elementally-appropriate projectiles that could do high focussed damage at short range or mild damage to a few enemies at longer ranges. I'd favor hailstones; ice is lacking a lower-grade projectile damage spell. | ||||

I think with the new boomstick enchant, a spell like this or one with some sort of short/medium range cone would be highly appropriate :) |
