DescriptionThey continuously move in and out of the wormhole from their planet to the next. Save attached, if needed, but this is probably due to the change in minor faction logic of only permissing patrols in human territory.

Strange. In this case, a few versions back (but still having the patrol human space behavior), they simply wandered around AI space some (PWNing stuff in the meantime), and those that got close to human territory started the patrolling behavior.
