Summary0000057: Various fortress bugs.

Fortresses have 2.8million hit points, and regen at a rate of 240/s, and cannot be repaired. This means they need 3.2 hours to self-repair from nearly dead. Is this intentional?

And 5 hours for a superfortress (90million hp, 5000/sec regen)

Also, fortresses can be engine damaged, but cannot be repaired, and cannot fix their own engine damage.

Also, fortresses have two illustrated ranges for their guns and their repair beams, but the repair beams only go out to about 2/3rds as far as shown that they do.

* Fortresses now have infinite engine health, as they are unable to have their engines repaired.
** Thanks to CogDissident for reporting.

* Fortresses now only take 2 hours to fully repair themselves from nearly-dead, rather than 3. SuperFortresses now take 3 hours to repair themselves from nearly-dead instead of 5.
** Thanks to CogDissident for suggesting.

The repair beams thing was also fixed already in 3.700, based on a semi-related change.
