| Description | Simple to reproduce. Go to an NPC in your settlement, cast Glyph Transplant, nothing happens. Trying it without an NPC nearby gives you an error, but trying it with one nearby gives no error, but does nothing else either. | ||||

I actually got an error when I tried it while standing in front of an NPC. I will upload a world where it can be tried right away. |
