So, i was kinda wondering if it was intended that radar jammers jammed ion cannons? seems kinda.. silly for the AI to put a mk1 radar jammer in the same system as a mk4 ion cannon, but *shrug* not my fault

Given that ion cannons are no longer infinite-range ships, that is the expected behavior.
