Summary0005267: ai hunter killers at less than 600 ai progress
Descriptioni know that golem waves are supposed to be hard but spawning ai hunter killer II seems to be far too common. i have had it happen basically at a 1 in 3 rate and i have to reload if it happens because its insta lose if it does. no way to relocate fleet to engage and power of these ship seems that they should be last resort for the ai. i am playing with difficulty 7 ai(tag teamer and counterspy). i dont believe these ai have wave force multipliers but if i am wrong please let me know.

my guess not certain is that perhaps these waves are not factoring ai progress reduction. because i do have 600 progress and 200 reduction earlier when it was spawning hunter killer mk 2 every other wave. but now i am up to 900 progress with 400 reduction. but now its sending mk 3 hunter killers at me.

this would also point to a potential need for a limiter on wave spawns say linked to response level, and repick if wave goes over. this would limit hunter killers to ai that have wave fp multipliers and when they have been heavily provoked. this may also point to a need to improve the spawn so that is fills the wave. these waves are supposed to be dangerous in themselves however, the main danger lies in gravity immunity and boosting the escort speed not in the firepower brought to bear.

i.e.
230(2) 200 fp or .9 ai progress
730(3) 600 fp or 1.1 ai progress
1130(4) 1400 fp or 1.5 ai progress(first point you would see hunter killer mk 1)
????(5) 3000 fp or 1.7 ai progress
