Summary0005261: Died while transitioning and caused error
DescriptionI was in a cavern avoiding the dreaded fairies when I tried to escape by transitioning back to a safe cave. As I transitioned my health dropped and I died the death sound played. The game then exited to the main map and my character was controllable but when I tried to enter a new area the screen appeared as below:

I could still move about but error messages were generated.

This was on Toll's server.

I couldn't find an error log for this issue.

I noticed this too I was being damaged as I transitioned from the room however I managed to make it to the other side with a little health left.
