Summary | 0005052: Passage of time on overland map
Description | I think it would be cool if time passed to a certain degree while treading on the overview map allowing some restoration of time units and resource gathering. Also allowing the occasional monster rampage/attack like when you're in the settlement/strategic portion of the game. With the already warp to settlement option you could be there to defend it if necessary. Granted I could see how this could be annoying if your out and about and your settlement gets attacked, it'll force you to warp back. Maybe have a warp back to last location as well, should that happen.

I've thought of this too, but sorry :) It's highly incompatible with both the overall stuff-doesn't-happen-until-you-hit-end-turn design that's for both SP and MP and wildly incompatible with MP where there could be multiple people wandering around the world map. |

Ahh. Good point. I can see where that could be a problem. |
