| Description | I have deployed a medium platform in a position where it would intersect a wall. It (smartly) resized itself so that the graphic does not actually intersect the wall, but my character floats around knee high in the air above it rather than standing on it, and he will walk the full width of a regular platform before falling off the edge. This is likely an offshoot of the fix to make objects not expand when there is not space for them. Suggested fix: Platforms should only deploy their width away from the wall. The deploy function should move the deploy site away from the wall, or fail outright if there is not enough space. | ||||

I'd assume this is related or identical to 0004890 and/or 0004951? |

Yes, it appears to be the same issue as those above. Jumping seems to work correctly sometimes and incorrectly at others. Sorry for the duplicate. |

I didn't know you could walk the 'full' length of an under-deployed platform next to a wall as if it was fully extended. The other two issue reports deal with situations involving two walls rather than just one so I think it was worth posting. It's the same issue, just a different presentation of it. |
