Description | Raid Starships have an attack rating of 51,000 and no bonuses or penalties against missile posts (which have a mere 800 armor). So why does the tooltip indicate 12,800 - 15,359? Also, why two damage listings? The only units selected are three, identical, Mk1 Raid Starships. | ||||

The range may be due to a starship boost, however, I cannot see all of your raid starships, and hence am unsure. Also, it looks like they are under force fields, except that none of those are dampening force fields. I am not sure what is causing it. |

Even if they were under a dampening FF, their damage would be 12750 (-800). There might be some allied Light Starships (for the damage boost), I wasn't checking at the time. |

This looks like it could be a tooltip error. Possibly because you are under an allies' FFs from his riot ships? Did you notice if the damage performed was actually as stated? The math does add up though. Raid Starships have 51,200 atk and effectively infinite armor piercing. Dampening from being under a FF is 75%. Light Starships give x1.20 attack bonus. 51,200 * .25 = 12,800 12,800 * 1.20 = 15360 (rounded down to 15359) So the tooltip at least thinks you're under a dampening FF |

But Riot FF's aren't damage reducing. o.O Are they? Also, if they were doing their actual damage of 51,000 it would take 7 salvos to kill the post: (2,100,000 / 51,000) / 6 = 6.8, and it didn't. I didn't count, but it took closer to the 27 or 28 that the reduced damage would indicate. |

6.8*4 = 27.2, so the match checks out, it sure seems like it is being incorrectly dampened. I am pretty sure riot shields are not supposed to dampen it, so if they are the cause, it is a bug. |

Well, yes, the math works out, but I wasn't counting salvos that it took, I was doing the math to come up with those numbers, I was saying "it took more than 7." |
