| Description | Pretty much as the summary says rather than having to right click regions to determine the level when deciding where to explore it would be useful to have the region level in the tooltip when the mouse hovers over the region. It already shows the type of reason and the coordinate. This would help the ability to explore regions that are the players current civ level. | ||||

Finally found something related to what I was having trouble with. Instead of in a tooltip, why not have a "ring of influence" around settlements to show where they get bonuses, and the levels of tiles appear normally as if on the action world map? |
