Summary0000476: The Time To Build in the constructor tooltip is off
DescriptionThis applies both to Mobile Builders and Command stations, but the ratio differs. For Command Stations, it displays a time roughly 4.5 times higher, and for mobile builders roughly 150 times higher. Once placed it seems to be built at the correct pace though.

I just noticed this only applies to turrets, not the other things there are to build.
