Description | It would make sense to have some kind of mechanism for transferring NPCs to different settlements. This would let you send rare skills to where they might be best used or evacuate a settlement that's about to be attacked. I'm thinking the cost should be somewhere between exploration (which is kind of a "go over there" cost) and rescuing a survivor (which I see as a combination of "where the hell is this guy hiding" and "introducing the newcomer to everyone and getting settled in"). | ||||

Yes, please. I have an empty settlement that was created that way back in the 0.40whenever days that's been waiting for this feature to be added. You can't exactly recruit new people if there's no one there to begin with, which would also be a problem if you managed to get everyone killed off (if that is still a problem; I haven't gone and done that in a while). |
