Summary0004183: Increase the duration-per-tier of Emit Light scrolls
DescriptionRight now, Emit Light works for 10 minutes plus 30 seconds per tier. That 5% extra duration per tier doesn't really inspire you to make scrolls of a higher tier than tier 1; increasing it to 8 minutes plus two minutes per tier (so a tier 1 would still last 10 minutes) would likely go a long way towards making them a bit more appealing.

While the idea has merit, IMO. I think its a lower priority right now.

* Changed up the Emit Light scroll effect length so that the effect lasts for 8 minutes plus 2 minutes per tier of scroll.
** The tier 1 scrolls are thus the same effectiveness they always have been, but higher-tier scrolls are now more effective and thus more attractive.
