Further notes: "Investigations unlocking out of order I don't fully understand myself, but I think I had the function made available at the same time as the option to build wells, before I'd actually built them; then I did my initial probing while I was waiting a couple turns for resources to accumulate, got distracted with other stuff, and when I finally got around to building the wells it gave me the goal to do what I'd already done? Something like that." |
