Description | Liquid Metal mechs are incredibly expensive, but they totally lack armor and have relatively low health, rendering them very vulnerable if not in liquid metal state, particularly once they've been marked defective. This creates a bad feel, particularly for the great wyrm and dragon, as they have a tendancy to die to AoE attacks or get one turned if you try to use them offensively without saving 1 AP to go back to liquid, but they don't have enough AP to make that feel good (2 on the tiger particularly is brutal) | ||||

I disagree on them being too fragile. I do agree that them popping in and out liquid metal is too expensive. Also when they go to liquid metal, it should wipe all their aggro (that's another ticket). And being able to push the button to get them back out of liquid metal without attacking (yet another ticket). I think if those three things are resolved, then they are the right amount fragile. |
