Summary0029777: Microbuilder cloud mode tooltip will not go away @ 0 AP with Energy
DescriptionEnter microbuilder cloud mode with mental energy but without action points - and you wont be able to do the action (as expected). But the tooltip for
microbuilder cloud blocks the toolbar and I can't do any actions with that unit - not even recharge (essentially I am stuck in microbuilder cloud mode).
I can still switch units and use those but I can't use the 0AP cloud mode unit anymore.

It just went away after I switched units and kept pressing escape to open the menu and get to this bug tracker. Maybe it has to do with screen refershing?
