Summary	0029676: Replacing an already existing internal structure with Tiny Electrical Parasite ignores distance requirement
Description	Normally the game will not let you build electrical parasites too close to one another. But if you replace another existing structure within the exclusion zone of another parasite, you can get around this. Steps to reproduce: 1. Pick an existing building within the exclusion zone of an existing electrical parasite. 2. Replace that building with another parasite 3. Observe that the two parasites are now placed closer to each other than intended
