DescriptionDescription:
The cat is able to go out of the area that player can move in. Additionally, it's unable to get back.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a new game and progress until you get the cat mission and complete it, have the cat wander on the map for some time / Open from attached save file
2. Notice that the cat is able to get to the area player is unable to (possibly also soft-locked, since it has been there for a long time and not moved)

Actual result:
The cat can go out of maps' bounds.
Expected result:
The cat cannot go out of maps' bounds.

* Fixed two issues with units that wander: first that they could wander into the wasteland when they were not supposed to, and secondly that they all had a tendency to wander southwest because of an accidental bias in the wandering logic. They COULD wander any direction, but southwest was a trend that would consistently show up over large timescales.
