| Description | Description: While "Building a better brain" project appeared as intended immediately after building the cutter and completing an extraction. The "Improved apartments" project however didn't appear at that time but significantly later. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Progress through the game naturally until completing both Extraction and Novel Aircraft projects 2. Observe that the building a better brain event appears 3. Observe that the Improved apartments event doesn't appear 4. Progress through the content naturally until Improved apartment appears Notes: - So far the issue was reproduced only once despite multiple attempts | ||||

I can see that this happened, based on loading the "during" save. However, as soon as I end turn, it spawns the people who want to talk to you about dirty apartments. Based on all of the other data in that save, I'm not sure what was preventing that manager from running, but nothing that is actually in the save looks wrong from a data standpoint. |
