Summary	0029343: Unable to delete part-completed Coprocessor structure
Description	In the attached save, I built a fourth Coprocessor on a previous turn and allocated a Technician to help complete it. I noticed that I'm overdrawn on computing cycles, though, so I want to cancel it, but I can't. Selecting the unfinished Coprocessor and pressing Delete does nothing. Nor does selecting the Delete Structure tool and clicking on it.
