Summary0029330: Amount of damage dealt rounds to nearest, so "100% damage" is not always a kill
DescriptionSee the attached save file. Select a combat bot - you'll see there are two enemy nickelbot groups that take "100%" damage from one shot. Shoot them, and they'll be left on 1HP.

The display for the amount of damage dealt should round down to avoid scenarios like this, and the comparable scenario where "50% damage" is not enough to kill in two hits.
