This... might actually be working as intended? It doesn't come up a lot in chapter 1 since most of the people we're shooting at are part of the corporate structure, but marked defective isn't for any attacks on people, it's just for attacks on people who are part of the aforementioned corporate structure. It's the same reason killing the gang member's whose weapon you've taken doesn't mark you as defective. |

OH! Yes, I told him wrong. He asked me if it was a bug, and I had said yes. But I was thinking the SecForce people, not the rebel observer. This is indeed correct that it would create aggro from that rebel faction, but not mark them defective to attack them. Same with gangs, syndicates, etc. |
