Description	Description: Machinist can spawn very far away from any residential buildings despite having significantly better plots of land right next to them Steps to Reproduce: 1. Progress through the game naturally until machinist spawns Notes: - Issue doesn't have a 100% reproduction rate and is fully random. I advise using the turn before save to quickly attempt several reproductions
