Steps to Reproduce: 1. Quickly move the cursor in and out of object that can show a tooltip 2. Observe that sometimes the tooltip appears without any background | ||||

Thanks! * Fixed a very irritating issue with the tooltips that was having them not properly get the size they were supposed to be in a timely fashion, which in turn was leading to the background flickering behind them sometimes. |
