| Description | I'm curious what the reasoning was here material-wise for it being excluded. As it's currently only stealable through events and doesn't have any real uses besides armour piercing shells, should this also be able to be obtained by the scroungers or some other method without needing to spend mental energy (in either sense) grabbing some? | ||||
