Summary0029165: [demo] Inconsistent behaviour of Wallripper in transports
DescriptionThis isn't necessarily a bug, it's just a slightly unusual interaction.

A:
1) Select the Sledge.
2) Load it into the transport craft.
3) Click the Sledge's icon in the transport's menu on the left. You'll see the Sledge's action bar at the bottom. Note "Slayer" can be enabled but "Wallripper" cannot. If you want to wallrip something, you need to get out of the transport, activate the ability, and then spend another Mental Energy on starting the rip.

B:
1) Reload the save. Select the Sledge.
2) Activate Wallripper.
3) Load the Sledge into the transport craft.
4) Click the Sledge's icon in the transport's menu on the left.
5) Zoom out. Notice that Wallripper functions just fine while embarked in a transport - rippable buildings are highlighted and there's even a rippable building just to the north of the transport that you can jump back out and immediately start work on.

This seems inconsistent: If Wallripper functions perfectly well inside a transport, why not allow it to be activated while being transported?
