| Description | Description: Improved apartments project counts resources towards it's completion before they're actually provided through storage, potentially creating a situation where the project to provided furniture and/or amenities is completed without providing any of it. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Gather resources for Improved apartments 2. Make sure that no storage is built 3. Observe that the project can be completed without actually providing any of the relevant resources | ||||

This is resolved, kinda/sorta. In a general sense it was never really a bug, because if you had no storage for it, but did have the deal, then it would just go in and out for the deal immediately. But regardless, you can't really be that low on storage as of the next version. So in both senses, it's no longer a concern. |
