| Description | Description: If a territorial control flag is deleted valid locations will be changed. This can lead to a situation where player wants to move the flag slightly and be given completely different locations despite still being on the same turn. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Unlock Territorial control flags 2. Place a flag 3. Delete the flag 4. Choose the flag in build menu 5. Observe that the valid locations changed completely | ||||
