Summary0028997: Percents display incorrectly when changing project goals
DescriptionAs seen in the attached screenshot, the percents for the various steps are off. It should show 0% for the first and last options, 100% for the second option, and 50% for the third option.

Please see attached save! Maybe this is unique to this event, I don't think I've seen it in other events.

(Sidebar: an in-game "open save folder" button would be nice, it'd just make grabbing these saves easier.)
