Summary	0028785: Other - Photo mode doesn't confine the mouse to the application window
Description	Description: Photo mode camera is controlled like a first person camera, due to that and the mouse being hidden it can cause several frustrating scenarios. The mouse should be locked to the application window unless player shifts focus to another window (alt + tab) or exits photo mode. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enter photo mode 2. Move your mouse around 3. Observe that despite the first person perspective the cursor easily leaves the application window to e.g. another monitor
