Summary0028749: A combat unit with 13 cognition can do an investigation which requires 75 cognition.
DescriptionAs the title says. By clicking investigate and then clicking on take samples from bovine carcass, I was able to begin the investigation with a unit that didn't meet the requirements.

* Fixed an issue where if there was only one investigation available at the moment, then it would let you assign it to even units without the proper skills to carry it out.
