Geothermal Power plant contemplation has specific narrative behind it that contradicts this behavior. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Progress to the geothermal contemplation 2. Wait until human unit stands on top of the relevant building 3. Attempt to interact with the contemplation 4. Observe that it's blocked by another unit | ||||

This is just a factor of how units occupying buildings work. Two units can't stand on the same spot. Like hexes in a game like Civ. |
