| Description | Description: After the arrow indicator is triggered the animation it has of horizontal lines scrolling vertically doesn't loop seamlessly. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Trigger any of the handbook entries that have the arrow indicator (e.g. Start a new game) 2. Observe the arrow indicator closely 3. Observe that its animation doesn't loop seamlessly | ||||

It's not intended to. It's a shader scanline effect, and it's set in a way that is not equal ratios. |
