Summary0028416: Encourage using overdrivers/optimizers when hitting deficits
DescriptionI found that spent a lot of turns not doing much except waiting to get more elemental slurry/microbuilders for construction. The tools to get more basic resources are unlocked pretty early on, but since I unlocked the tech for overdrivers/optimizers a while before I started to get serious deficits in slurry/microbuilders, they didn't stick in my mind as something I could do to react to the problem.

There could be a minor project to build at least 1 gathering overdriver and 1 refinery optimizer/overdriver that triggers if the player starts to run a deficit of slurry/microbuilders. Having the player build just 1 each should be enough to get them to realize the option exists. This can also be a chance to show how subnets can be important when planning buildings. We could have an event about the AI reminding itself that it should have a positive balance of basic resources and letting the player choose to either activate the project or not.
The game should also remind the player to gather with their androids and destroy slurry consumers like microbuilder factories if they don't have enough slurry to build overdrivers/optimizers during this project.

I like the idea. If anyone has a save from roughly the point where an economy is not doing so hot, then I can implement and test that more quickly. Thanks!

The odds of hitting deficits are way lower now, and I think this added tip is probably not required at this point.
