Same happens to me on a new profile. Related to how Investigate used to move to target maybe?

Contemplate still works from a save later on from a previous version, but it works on right-click which I wasn't expecting. Movement abilities on vehicles are on left-click. Feels weird and inconsistent now, at least to me.
