Summary0028350: NullReferenceException from MurderAndroidForRegistration, possibly because of building view?
DescriptionAt the start of a new turn, I went to building view in the radial dial / view filter, and then pressed space to switch to an android. I got the following null reference exception, which is attached, and I believe it might be because I have a unit currently undergoing the 'Murder Android for Registration' task, and might also be because it was in building mode.

Selecting the android again, not in building mode this time, produced the second log, and a different but related seeming error.

Now any android with streetsense activated produces the same error as log 2 when clicked. An example is provided with log 3.

* Added in some extra hardening to ExtractDictionaryOfAvailableBuildingsThatMatchTag. This should fix an exception that Darloth encountered, but if not I'll have to harden it further. I got what possibilities I could see.
