| Description | When a minor drill is destroyed it turns into remains and can be rebuilt, this does not stop the drilling process. So once you start drilling you cannot be stopped. However you cannot build a minor drill on a ravaged planet even if a chrysalis is there so those cannot be stopped from maturing? | ||||
