Description | We have two new CityStoryFlags which are going to be used a bunch, for gating the following things: If not yet unlocked HasSolvedFirstCell, then please block: - Seeing the tech tree at all. - Seeing the build mode at all. - Dispatching against buildings. Dispatching against encounters is still fine (and required!) - Any of the "spawn nearby" or "spawn citywide" encounter seeding logic. If you need me to grab these, let me know. It's just a few files, just block going into them at all. If not yet unlocked HasSolvedAdjacentCells, then please block: - The entire execution of the Systemic Issues encounter seeding. - The entire execution of the Cohort-Desire-Based encounter seeding. | ||||
