Summary	0027611: Change Cruiser and Destroyer descriptions so that generic part comes last
Description	See title. It's much more useful to first see the part of the description which is distinctive to the unit rather than having to skip past the generic part every time. A paragraph break between the two might not be a bad idea either, but IMO the order change is a much higher priority.
