Id recommend turning on Outguard Party. Show advanced galaxy settings. Goto the new Outguard tab of settings, turn on 'specific outguard at home beacon' and choose it in the dropdown. Just realized, there is cmd:alloutguard too. |

Fixed by Tom as part of a much larger bug which affected, i believe, all planetary speed buffs. |
