Description | Goes for both the Elderling and the Flagship: The Plague Hosts just die almost instantly considering the ordinance that gets thrown around their parent ship. They don't get any strength from higher marks (or even greater numbers) and do practically nothing in any fight. The Viral Swarmers they're supposed to spawn are exceedingly rare, I remember seeing a single one, once. Across several games. The only "contribution" of the Hosts is that they spawn free skeletons when a Necromancer kills them.
p.S.: When the Flagship is in loading mode it will make Hosts past its limit, the excess ones despawn when unloaded so they only alter the strength rating (not meaningfully since unlike Fireballs they're weak) and make the 18 intended Hosts have a messed up formation after unloading. |
