I just checked and now my tooltips for the same fleet / ship show something else entirely. I do not know if this is because something change in the game, because I reload save or for some other reason. I also have no idea why they are displayed they way they are, with two different speeds with the slash: as far as I can see nothing in the fleet changes the ship speed. Very hard to reason about it when you do not understand what's going on and things are changing |

I'm gonna assume that some kind of speed buff was not displayed properly, anything else would not make sense to me. |

This is the latest save that relates to the previous screenshot, may be you can tell me where the buff is coming from because there is no obvious source of it |
