| Description | Playing on a fairly large populated map with the hidden map and factions turned on. The closest templar rift doesn't appear on the galaxy map nor on the hacking tab. Just started out this save so I dont know if any other templar rifts have spawned properly. None seem to appear in the currently explored galaxy | ||||

Weirdness happened... According to steam the game files were validated successfully so nothing was wrong there. After restarting the game I was able to hack the rift, 2 more rifts spawned immediately after the hack finished. The rifts are also appearing on the galaxy view properlyI dont know if I can replicate the bug. |

We've had a few scattered reports of this but there's no known reproduction case |
