| Description | In the attached save, which isn't mine - thanks to discord user LegalSalsa! - a moderate group of intensity 5 Migrant Fleet clanlings is causing the AI to inundate the galaxy with ExoWar units. This effectively makes them a major net negative to the player, as they are not strong enough to justify this reponse. | ||||
